  • reproduce or substantially copy ACCCO materials;
  • distribute materials to other people, services or organisations;
  • upload materials to another website, learning platform or shared drive for use by others;
  • record, reproduce or redistribute a live webinar, on-demand webinar or short course;

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, ACCCO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or Offerings.

Where ACCCO is legally permitted to limit its liability in relation to an Offering, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
