Once you’ve completed your course requirements, we’ll send you your certificate of completion within 5 days. Course requirements may include completing the required content, activities or quizzes.
Yes! Each educator will need to register individually and have their own account and access. To keep your learning secure and ensure everyone receives their own certificate, please don’t share course access, usernames, passwords or individual access links with others.
Yes! Our short courses are self-paced, so you can work through the content in your own time and at a pace that suits you. Just make sure you complete your course within the access period provided at the time of purchase.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, we’ll send you an email confirming your purchase and showing you how to access your course through ACCCO’s Online Learning Platform.
Simply follow the instructions in the email to log in to your account. Once you’re logged in, your purchased course will be ready to access from your learner portal.
