What happens when you finish school but not your apprenticeship/traineeship?

Some students complete their traineeship or apprenticeship while at school. Some school-based trainees and apprentices however will finish school without having completed their training requirements. To complete your qualification, you’ll need to convert your working arrangements to either a full-time or a part-time level.
