Hands on learning activities
Get a hands-on learning approach by interacting with your teachers, fellow students and practical materials.
We have some of the best training facilities and utilise a variety of learning techniques that will help you to learn more easily in a fun, stimulating and interactive environment. Our courses have been designed to give you all the hands-on skills and leading industry training to begin practising as an early childhood educator with a highly rewarding career.
Structured classroom learning
All classes are delivered by qualified, industry experienced Trainer Assessors who work closely with students to optimise their learning experience. We simulate activities and tasks that are required to be performed within the workplace so that students gain confidence before working in an early education centre or service. Students will attend class two days per week at the college and attend one day per week at an ACECQA approved early childhood service for Vocational Placement (VP). There are also various days set for excursions, guest speakers, art & craft days and block Vocational Placement. Please contact ACCCO for classroom timetables.
