Early Years Learning Framework –  Belonging, Being & Becoming 

This cultural awareness workshop has been designed by ACCCO’s Indigenous Workforce Consultant Robert Ah Wing, specifically to suit early learning centres with meeting the curriculum requirements for the Belonging, Being & Becoming frame work. Robert will be facilitating this workshop and encourage educators to participate in hands on activities like traditional games, art, language and creating story books. A great day with all resources, morning tea and lunch provided.

This workshop and will provide you with the opportunity to learn:

• What do we know already?
• Connecting with families
• Transitioning from the home in to care
• Communication and building relationships
• External locus of control – factors that influence the child
• Local Aboriginal languages
• Selecting resources

Inclusions:

5 hours of training
All learning materials 
Lunch and morning tea provided
A qualified and experienced Consultant to guide learning 
A Statement of Attendance for all participants
