QUALITY AREA – Governance and leadership (QA7)

Effective leadership and management systems are vital to the success of any service. It is also important to promote the ongoing cycle of reflective practice, engagement with key stakeholders and continuous quality improvement. 

This workshop has a focus upon philosophy, leadership and management roles, and strategies and processes to make educators and service leaders aware of the significant impact that governance can have upon a service. The cycle of quality improvement practice is also explored as part of the ongoing operational needs of a service.

Tailored to your service’s individual requirements, our Inservice Professional Development Workshops are delivered at a time and place convenient to you. Facilitators guide sessions using your context and input. Training can be delivered nationally across Australia anytime including after hours or on weekends giving you the flexibility of your training being delivered at a time most convenient for you.
