QUALITY AREA – Staffing arrangements (QA4)

Effective communication is essential within any education and care service. It helps to build respectful relationships and supports the wellbeing of children, staff and families. See how the language of the virtues can enhance these experiences.

This workshop is designed to support educators understanding in what is effective communication is and the forms that this can take. A focus is drawn on both workforce and individuals’ strategies that connect to staffing and leadership and management areas of the National Quality Standards. Professional relationships are part of and connected to team building, motivation and goals in the workplace and cultural attitudes within the workplace.

Inservice Training (we come to you!)

Tailored to your service’s individual requirements, our Inservice Professional Development Workshops are delivered at a time and place convenient to you. Facilitators guide sessions using your context and input. Training can be delivered nationally across Australia anytime including after hours or on weekends giving you the flexibility of your training being delivered at a time most convenient for you.
