ACCCO's Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management has been solely designed for those who are currently employed as, or eligible to work as a Nominated Supervisor, Director, Coordinator, Manager or similar of an ACECQA approved service.
While ACECQA doesn't specifically require this qualification to work in these roles, many early childhood service managers find they lack higher level skills and knowledge in areas such as leadership and mentoring, change, service coordination, innovation, legislation and compliance, business operation skills, risk and finance. This qualification has been designed specifically to support these skill and knowledge areas as needed by ACECQA approved services.

To be eligible to receive a Government Contribution under the Higher Level Skills Program, prospective participants must:
Be an existing worker in Early Education and Care
Never accessed Higher Level Skills funding
Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and on the pathway to permanent residency
