Certificate 3 Guarantee

The Certificate 3 Guarantee provides a government subsidy to allow eligible Queenslanders to obtain their first post-school certificate III level qualification. Read more

Higher Level Skills

The Higher Level Skills program provides a government subsidy in selected certificate IV or above qualifications and priority skill sets to help individuals gain the higher level skills required to secure employment or career advancement in a priority industry. Read more

User Choice (apprenticeship and traineeship funding)

The User Choice program provides public funding for the delivery of accredited, entry level training to apprentices and trainees. Read more

Fee-free training for Year 12 graduates

Eligible Year 12 graduates can access fee-free apprenticeships, traineeships and training in high priority areas within the calendar year after graduating. Read more

Teacher Bridging Program

ACECQA has determined that registered/accredited Primary Teachers can be recognised as an 'equivalent Early Childhood Teacher' if they also complete a CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Read more

Fee For Service

Fees for self-funded students. The Fee for Service is applied when a student is not eligible for subsidies, government loans or where no subsidies are available. Read more

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is an assessment only process for experienced workers who are seeking formal recognition of their existing skills and knowledge. Cost is $150 per unit. Read more

VET Student Loans

The VET Student Loans (VSL) program is a Commonwealth Government loan available to help eligible students pay their tuition fees. The loan is issued by the Australian Government to make higher education more accessible, by removing the burden of upfront tuition fees. Read more
