How To Apply
Once you have made the decision to study in Australia, there are two easy ways to enrol with ACCCO as an international student. You can apply directly through our online application portal or download an International Student Enrolment Form. Alternatively, you may be able to apply through one of our Education Agent partners who can assist you with your application and guide you through the enrolment process.
When to apply?
ACCCO accepts applications all year round and nominates specific intake dates for International students to commence their study. ACCCO receives many applications each year so it is important to apply early, to make sure you secure a place and to allow time for you to make your necessary study arrangements (e.g. visa, organise family and work commitments).

Submitting an application is easy, follow the step by step process below to begin studying with ACCCO. Please ensure you read the International Pre-Enrolment Guide and Student Handbook before you start your application.
1. Choose Your Course
Once you have made the decision to apply for a qualification you will need to review admissions criteria and key dates.
Check you meet:
If you do not meet the English Language Requirements, please visit our English Language Pathway Partners or contact our International Manager who will be able to discuss English Language Pathway options with you.
2. Prepare Your Application
Complete the enrolment form and prepare your certified supporting documents.
- The course you wish to enrol in
- Acknowledge the cost of the course and the refund policy
- Previous qualifications that meet the course entry requirements
- Colour copy of Passport
- Colour copy of English language test result
- Colour copy of Certificates and Statement Results for any previously attained or partially completed qualifications completed
3. Submit Your Application
Submit your application and supporting documents through the online application portal or through the below options:

4. Process of Your Application
Your enrolment will be assessed on the information you have provided. Upon receiving all paperwork and supporting evidence, a formal assessment of your eligibility and suitability for the qualification is conducted. This process takes ups to 10 business days. You will be notified by an enrolments officer on the status of this application once your eligibility has been assessed.
*Please note that we are unable to finalise your enrolment until all required information and supporting evidence has been provided.
5. Receive your Letter of Offer
Once your application is approved you will receive a Letter of Offer to study with ACCCO which explains how to:
- Accept your offer
- Pay your deposit
- Provide any outstanding documents
- Note the expiry date for acceptance
Student reads the conditions outlined in the Letter of Offer and formerly accepts the offer by signing and returning the Letter of Offer.*Please
note that any unsuccessful applicants are informed in writing if their application has been unsuccessful and the reasons for this.
6. Accept and pay for your Offer
Student fees are finalised – payment established. Upon receipt of your Signed Acceptance of Offer and payment of your deposit, ACCCO will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE).

7. Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment
If your enrolment application is accepted, you will receive a welcome email with a Confirmation of Enrolment attached, confirming acceptance into the qualification. (eCoE -required for visa lodgement).
8. Apply For Your Visa
For information on applying for visas, visit the Department of Home Affairs website www.homeaffairs.gov.au
Travel to Australia and attend your ACCCO International Orientation conducted at the Fortitude Valley campus. Once the Orientation has been completed, students commence classes.
Before you submit your application it is important that you provide all the above required documents. Without these we are unable to process your application.
