WorkReady is a South Australian government initiative that brings together funding for training, employment and skills activities. WorkReady is about targeting training and employment opportunities to the needs of people, strategic industries and regions.
Individuals need to meet course entry requirements and verify their eligibility for enrolment before being enrolled in a government subsidised training place.

If a person is eligible for funding under WorkReady, the South Australian Government will subsidise the costs of their accredited training, although a student contribution fee will be required. Places are strictly limited.

Please note: Proof of eligibility for concession must be demonstrated
prior to the commencement of training. If the concession is valid for the full enrolment period, then all eligible units commenced within
that period attract the concession rate. If the concession is valid for part of the enrolment period, then only eligible units commenced
prior to the expiry of the concession attract the concession rate.
RPL is an assessment only process for experienced workers who are seeking formal recognition of their existing skills and knowledge. Read more
Credit transfer (sometimes known as advanced standing) is awarded when a student has completed the units required for a qualification at another Registered Training Organisation. This may reduce the amount of time it will take you to gain a qualification, and reduce the overall cost. ACCCO provides credit transfer free of charge. Read more
Students can choose to pay up to $1500 of their student contribution fees upfront at enrolment. Further payments of up to $1500 can be made at later stages of a student's enrolment. ACCCO accepts the following payment methods:
Students can choose to enter into a payment plan arrangement to pay off their student contribution fees in smaller amounts over a period of time.
Students entering into an ACCCO payment plan have the option of fortnightly or monthly payments. Students with contributions fees of over $1500 can also request a weekly payment plan.
Payment plans require an initial upfront payment towards their student contribution fees to set up the plan, and then each payment period a recurring payment amount is direct debited from the student's nominated account.
Students are given recurring payment amount options when setting up their plan.

Students that are not receiving any funding for their course can choose to pay as they go. This is where a student will pay the fees for
each unit of competency prior to commencing it.

All students intending to use WorkReady funding will be required to demonstrate satisfactory language, literacy and numeracy skills (LLN) as part of your enrolment. This is completed at our SA office.

Your enrolment will be assessed on the information you have provided. Upon receiving all paperwork and supporting evidence a formal assessment of your eligibility for government funding and suitability for the qualification is conducted. You will be notified by an enrolments officer on the status of this application once your eligibility has been assessed.
Our Enrolments team will contact you to arrange a time to complete the LLN assessment at our SA office.

note that we are unable to finalise your enrolment until all required information and supporting evidence has been provided.
ACCCO assesses the enrolment application. When deemed a successful enrolment application, the student will be issued a Letter of Offer to study with ACCCO. Student reads and accepts the conditions outlined in the Letter of Offer. Student fees are finalised – payment established.
If your enrolment application is accepted, you will receive a welcome email with a Confirmation of Enrolment attached, confirming acceptance into the qualification. It is important to check your junk or spam folder as this email can end up here sometimes. If not received, please contact our enrolments team on 1300 139 406 during business hours. Your Trainer Assessor will contact you to undertake an induction and commence the learning program.
