WorkReady is a South Australian government initiative that brings together funding for training, employment and skills activities. If you meet certain eligibility criteria, the South Australian Government is giving you the opportunity to access subsidised training. Read more
Work Ready JobTrainer
The Australian Government in partnership with each state and territory has invested millions to give Australians the opportunity to gain new skills and upskills in employment areas with job opportunities as our economy recovers from COVID-19. South Australia has been the first to roll out this program and have approximately 15,000 training places created.
Work Ready JobTrainer does not replace existing government subsidy arrangements and Skilling South Australia programs. Read more
Training for School Based Students
There are three ways that school enrolled students over the age of 16 may be eligible to access government subsidised training. These include: Training Guarantee for SACE Students (TGSS), Australian School Based Apprenticeship/Traineeship (ASbA) and ICAN. Read more
Apprenticeships and traineeships
Become skilled in a trade or job by learning under people who know the ropes. An apprenticeship or traineeship is your way of getting qualified – and you’ll be paid a wage while you’re learning. Read more
Fee For Service
Fees for self-funded students. The Fee for Service is applied when a student is not eligible for subsidies, government loans or where no subsidies are available. Read more
VET Student Loans
The VET Student Loans (VSL) program is a Commonwealth Government loan available to help eligible students pay their tuition fees. The loan is issued by the Australian Government to make higher education more accessible, by removing the burden of upfront tuition fees. Read more
