Services

ACCCO management service can provide the following:

  • Workshops - A 2 hour workshop of your choice. Price includes Presenter, handouts and Certificate of attendance. Select one of our workshops or we will personalize one for your service
  • Accreditation Process - Review of all policies and procedures, feedback to parent and staff committee. Review of self studies, policy and operational manuals that are QA compliant, 2 hour workshop presented by an NCAC endorsed trainer, mock validation and report.
  • Staff Appraisals - Objective staff appraisals to meet your needs and staff needs. On site evaluation of Group Leaders, providing written reports and developing a training needs action plan. Review position descriptions.
  • Project Managment -  Assistance in establishing a childcare centre from plans to lockup, including negotiations with architect, liaising with architect re: Council, Community Service, Legislation and Regulations
  • Review/Develop Policies and Procedures - Researching and sourcing policy material, developing drafts, collating and writing of final policies. Policy Manual and Operational Manual - QA compliant, or review existing policies and procedures, provide feedback. 
  • Lock up to Licensing -  Purchase of equipment, recruitment of Director and staff, liaise with Dept for licensing, media release, marketing strategies (name, logo, branding, open day) Advertising, equipment and application costs are not included in the proposal.
