Food Safety

ACCCO's sister college AATS is proud to announce the introduction of Food Safety Courses offers three units from the Health Training Package, suitable for those wishing to undertake Food Safety studies relevant to the Health and Community Services Industry. These courses have been broken down into two courses

Food Handling Course
HLTFS207B - Follow basic food safety procedures

Food Safety Supervisor Course
Pre-requisite - successful completion of HLTFS207B (Follow basic food safety procedures)
HLTFS309B - Oversee the day to day implementaion of food safety in the workplace
HLTFS310B - Apply and monitor food safety requirements

Your local Health department can confirm the suitability of these units to your industry. These courses are currently offered by external mode, however expressions of interest for classes are also welcomed.
