The Diploma of Education Support is now on the approved list of qualifications recognised for working in children's services. Education support qualifications are a worthwhile consideration for those who may wish to move between working in children's services and education support now or in the future. In particular,
it should be considered by anyone with a Certificate III in Children's Services some time ago as this qualification has different entry requirements to Children's Services.
ACCCO's sister college Australian Adult Training Services (which operates out of ACCCO head office) offers the entire suite of Education Support qualifications. Working with AATS enables you to achieve your qualification with the knowledge you're getting the same level of service/standards as if you're completing the course through ACCCO.
